Dr. P. N. Gupta

Founder, DialysisOnGo | Director & HOD, Department of Nephrology — Paras Hospitals, Gurgaon

With over 22 years of clinical experience in nephrology and kidney transplantation, Dr. P. N. Gupta is one of North India’s most respected kidney specialists. His career spans some of the region’s premier institutions — including Medanta, Fortis, and Batra Hospital — before he joined Paras Hospitals, Gurgaon in 2013, where he now leads the Department of Nephrology as Director and Head of Department.

Dr. Gupta graduated from the prestigious King George’s Medical College, Lucknow, and completed his postgraduate training at S.N. Medical College, Agra. He holds a DNB in Nephrology and a Fellowship in Kidney Transplantation from Medanta’s Kidney & Urology Institute, and has trained as a Visiting Fellow at Johns Hopkins Hospital, USA.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Gupta has been involved in the care of more than 800 kidney transplant recipients and has built and scaled dialysis programmes from the ground up. He was part of the first ABO-incompatible kidney transplant in Northern India — a landmark achievement published in the Indian Journal of Nephrology.

Dr. Rajneesh Maheshwari is a visionary healthcare entrepreneur, distinguished clinical academician, and medical researcher with over two decades of experience spanning clinical dentistry, institutional education, and digital health innovation.

As the Co-Founder of DialysisOnGo (operated under its parent entity, Pashupati Nephrology Care Private Limited), Dr. Maheshwari bridges the gap between complex clinical delivery and accessible patient care. Her unique background combining rigorous clinical research with corporate healthcare governance drives DialysisOnGo’s mission to provide specialized, reliable, and mobile healthcare solutions for chronic patients nationwide.

Saurabh Agrawal

Saurabh Agrawal is a mentor, management strategist, and technology thought leader with close to three decades of corporate experience, including senior leadership and strategic assignments at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Having worked across multiple geographies and business domains, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective on leadership, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and organizational change.

After opting for voluntary retirement from the corporate sector, he transitioned into consulting, mentoring, and academia. An award-winning mentor and an ICF certified workplace coach, he advises startups on product innovation, business strategy, and market development, and mentors young professionals and management students on leadership, career strategy, and AI-driven transformation.

Saurabh serves as a National Council Member of the All India Management Association (AIMA) and is a Life Member and Patron of the Computer Society of India (CSI), where he was honoured with the “Significant Contribution to the Society” award. A regular speaker at management, technology, and academic forums, he has contributed to academic councils and advisory boards of universities across India and has been featured in business publications for his work in mentoring and leadership development.
