  • Booking data: Appointment dates, destination city, chosen clinic, payment records.

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent).
  • Device information (operating system, screen size).
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide our services: Creating and managing your account, processing bookings, coordinating with dialysis centres.
  • To personalise your experience: Recommending nearby clinics and remembering your treatment preferences.
  • To communicate with you: Sending booking confirmations, reminders, and support responses.
  • For safety and compliance: Verifying identities, preventing fraud, complying with legal obligations.
  • To improve our platform: Analysing usage patterns and fixing bugs.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with partner dialysis centres (to prepare for your session), trusted service providers under strict agreements, and legal authorities when required by law.

Your health data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+), and is accessible only to staff with a strict need-to-know. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you request deletion, we erase or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent by emailing privacy@dialysisongo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
