Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using DialysisOnGo, operated by Pashupati Nephrology Care Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U85199DL2023PTC409522). By using our platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Description of Services

DialysisOnGo is an online platform that enables patients with chronic kidney disease to search for and book dialysis sessions at verified partner centres, securely share medical records, and manage appointments. We are a technology intermediary — actual medical care is provided by independent licensed partner centres.

3. User Accounts

  • You must register with valid contact details and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment where applicable.
  • Cancellation and refund policies are displayed at checkout per session type.
  • We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and do not store card details.

5. Medical Disclaimer

DialysisOnGo is not a medical service provider. Content on our platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your treating nephrologist before making changes to your treatment. We are not liable for clinical decisions made by partner centres.

6. User Obligations

You agree not to provide false medical information, use the platform unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access to systems, scrape or redistribute content without permission, or harm other users or staff.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for the quality of care delivered by partner centres.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India. Contact us first at legal@dialysisongo.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
